Katherine Amara PR worked closely with Red Sauce Hospitality Founder Todd Darling and Creative Director Jay FC to create a brand story for a totally new concept - Frank’s Italian American.

Frank’s Italian American is a two-story red sauce bar and restaurant which sits at the lively junction of Wyndham Street, Arbuthnot Road and Hollywood Road and offers up two very different, yet equally impressive experiences between ground and first floor.

 The heartfelt establishment is inspired by owner Todd Darling’s early career in northern New Jersey. It pays tribute to Frank Amen — a legendary local restaurateur and personal mentor to whom Darling attributes his unique brand of ‘welcome home’ hospitality. Dishes inspired by Frank Amen’s classic Italian menus can be found peppered throughout the Frank’s offering.

Frank’s delivers the same brand of exceptional familial hospitality, first-class cocktails, great food, and exceptional music that has charmed the Red Sauce Hospitality group’s loyalists for the past decade. The neon-decked space has quickly become a dining and late-night hot spot since its opening in December 2019.
